Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 4, 2025
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CROSSx Ramp service ("Ramp Service") provided by Nexus Co., Ltd. ("Nexus," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Ramp Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Ramp Service.
1. Introduction
Nexus is a blockchain development company that offers decentralized services across multiple blockchain networks. The CROSSx Ramp Service is one such interface that enables interactions between users and game-related blockchain assets. This includes minting game tokens from game items, or converting game tokens into items, via user-directed smart contract calls. This service is not part of the native CROSSx Wallet application but is accessible via the web or through the CROSSx Browser.
2. Key Features and Functionality
The Ramp Service allows users to:
- Mint game tokens using in-game items or NFTs.
- Convert game tokens back into in-game items or representations.
- Interface with on-chain smart contracts that operate without custodial involvement from Nexus or the game provider.
All interactions occur on-chain via decentralized smart contracts. The user must authorize all actions using their private key.
3. Non-Custodial and Decentralized Nature
The Ramp Service is non-custodial. Nexus does not hold or manage user private keys, Recovery Phrases, or digital assets at any time. Users are fully responsible for managing:
- Their own wallet and private keys
- Recovery Phrases
- Security of their devices
- Verification of transaction details prior to signing
Any loss or misuse of keys or credentials may result in irreversible asset loss. Nexus shall not be liable for any such loss or inability to access assets.
4. No Brokerage or Fiat Services
The Ramp Service is not a fiat on/off ramp and does not involve any form of fiat currency conversion. It does not provide brokerage, custodial, financial advisory, or exchange services. All functionalities are strictly limited to interactions with on-chain smart contracts using blockchain-native tokens.
5. Third-Party Integrations and Disclaimers
The Ramp Service may connect users to game interfaces or external decentralized applications ("Dapps"). Nexus does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, or services. Any use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms, and Nexus makes no warranties regarding their reliability, legality, or suitability.

7. Security & Private Key Responsibility

- Safeguard your keys and Recovery Phrase
- Verify all transactions before signing
- Recognize that social login (if any) does not replace Recovery Phrase security
8. Smart Contract Risks
All functionality in the Ramp Service operates via on-chain smart contracts. By using the service, you acknowledge that:
- Transactions may fail due to network congestion or smart contract issues
- Smart contracts may have bugs or vulnerabilities
- Nexus makes no guarantees about transaction outcomes, execution speed, or liquidity
