Mnemonic phrases and private keys are essential for securing your account.
Never share your mnemonic phrase or private key with anyone. If lost, all related assets will be unrecoverable, so please store them with great care.

Check Mnemonic Phrase

1. Select Account to Check Mnemonic

Go to Settings → Account Center → My Account, and select the account for which you want to check the mnemonic.

2. Select 'Check Mnemonic' Menu

Tap the 'Check Mnemonic' button, then click 'Next' to proceed.

3. Review Caution Notice

Carefully read the cautionary message and press 'Next' to continue.

4. Check Mnemonic

After biometric authentication is completed, press and hold the center confirmation button to check your mnemonic. Write down and store it in a secure location.

Check Private Key

1. Select Account to Check Private Key

Go to Settings → Account Center → My Account, and select the account for which you want to check the private key.

2. Select 'Check Private Key' Menu

Tap the 'Check Private Key' button, then click 'Next' to proceed.

3. Review Caution Notice

Carefully read the cautionary message and press 'Next' to continue.

4. Check Private Key

After biometric authentication is completed, press and hold the center confirmation button to check your private key. Write it down and store it in a secure location.

I Lost My Mnemonic Phrase or Private Key

CROSSx is a decentralized platform.
We do not store or recover mnemonic phrases or private keys. You must securely manage them yourself. If lost, assets cannot be recovered, and the company cannot assist in retrieval. Please ensure you keep a backup in a safe location.
